Dream Yacht was not positioned as a standard private event. It was created as a high-touch brand activation designed to place hospitality, concierge relationships, and an elevated guest experience in the same physical environment.

The strategic opportunity was to create a limited-invitation experience that could speak directly to high-value hotel concierge teams across Vancouver, BC, not through a sales pitch, but through atmosphere, service, food, print detail, and memorable hospitality execution.
The goal was to create a curated environment where hotel concierge professionals could experience the value of collaboration firsthand: refined catering by Avela Catering, intentional branded touchpoints, elevated printed materials, and a guest journey designed around exclusivity and relationship-building.

Rather than treating the event as a one-time gathering, BLD framed it as a business development platform for the hospitality industry, a way to open doors with luxury hotels, concierge networks, and high-value guest service teams across Vancouver.
