Rural Stores Ltd., a third-generation family-owned property management group.

Objective:
To revitalize Tsawwassen Shopping Centre by reimagining underutilized spaces, enhancing tenant attraction, and creating a vibrant, modern destination that supports local businesses.

Approach:
Pria Rajput, a seasoned design consultant, and her team at BLD Advisory, collaborated closely with Rural Stores Ltd. to lead the rebranding and redevelopment of the Tsawwassen Shopping Centre. Acting as corporate-level advisors, the team focused on a comprehensive strategy that integrated design innovation, tenant engagement, and market-driven insights.
